Does your group have a committee that addresses issues between the
collaborative professionals in a case? I trained in Santa Rosa and watched this
in action. An attorney and mental health professional debriefed the attorneys
in a case that had gone horribly wrong. They were able to bring closure to the
situation through reframing and helping the attorneys talk the issues through.
In that group it is called a case facilitation committee. The experience was
extremely powerful for those of us who were privileged to observe and clearly
had a positive result for the participants.
