Hi,

Installing Win32s will not have any effect on 16-bit performance.

I can play MPG with 25 frames/sec Full Screen and Hifi Stereo on my
P133/WfW 3.11 and my DCI video card. :) It's a really cheap 4 MB PCI
card too...

I prefer CompCore's codec; very stable, and better performance then
Xing. CompCore skips frames, Xing tries to play it all, resulting in
breakups in sound, etc.
