The short synopsis won't go through if it's too long when the book is
submitted. Both submitters and validators must adhere to the 200 characters
length for the short synopsis.

I think when the book is submitted it goes
instantaneously to the download list. Gustavo doesn't
see it until the validator uploads it afterward.
That's how Sue could be stuck with the too-long short
synopsis.
