Hi, Cindy. That's true, but the system will not accept a book with a short 
synopsis that's too long. That's what Evan, I believe it was, was trying to 
say. Gustavo never even sees it and neither does the validator because the 
submitter gets an error about the synopsis being too long and they have to 
shorten it to get the book to even upload in the first place. Take care.

I think when the book is submitted it goes
instantaneously to the download list. Gustavo doesn't
see it until the validator uploads it afterward.
That's how Sue could be stuck with the too-long short
synopsis.
