No, it isn't related to Window-Eyes. I use JAWS and have never had the
problem of not being able to locate the pledge page.

Is this something that happens with window eyes? Because I have the
bookport on the laptop that I download web braille books on, and I don't
experience the problems that Richard experiences locating the pledge page
when I click on a book or volume link. I use Jaws. And if I choose the
option that lets me open the file instead of saving it, it opens it on word
pad.
