Do you have a book port? Because if you do, once you've transferred your books to the unit, you can open them in a word document and they will already be translated. The thing however is that you might not be able to keep those translated versions on your computer, as it would be illegal.

I know kurzweil does it, I can't imagine that openbook doesn't, but haven't used it in a few years. nfbtrans with a free windows interface will do the trick if you don't have duxburry, kurzweil, or openbook.
