That's strange. I don't know what to tell you then. The only thing I'd suggest is that you contact your library branch to see what's going on.

There was a link in the catalog for magazines.  I had al ready logged in.
The pledge came up but I wasn't able to read it with window-eyes.

Hi Richard:

How did you access these magazines?  Through the catalog or through book
review?  If you did it through book review, you must make certain that you
acccessed the html version of the issue in question, rather than the text
version. If you accessed the magazines through the catalog, clicking on the
link for the desired reading material would take you either to the form
where you write your username and password if you haven't logged in, or to
the agreement that you have to check before getting the file if you were
logged in.

Unfortunately when I clicked on any of the links nothing seemed to happen.
