I just ordered a case. The shipping to New Zealand was the same as the case
itself. That isn't criticism; it's fact.
Think when I get mine, I'll take it to a local place that has done some work
for me to ask how much they might be able to copy it for. Some others here
may want them if we can cut the shipping cost just a bit.
