Sandy:

You might try reassigning the drive letter for either the Braille Note,
or the Book Port. The instructions are in the User's Manual. Also, I
would try the Book Port on another computer.

The next thing we need to know is about your computer. Before, in a
previous email, aI asked about the computer Name info., I think it's
time for that information.

We'll keep looking to we gtet to the bottom of it.

Pamela, I have tried this after all. I did the reset and the
reformatting
of the flash card as instructed below. When I go into my computer I
see a
"mobile device," but I see that whether the book port is connected or
not,
and wonder if that is from having connected either a BrailleNote or a
Trekker. I see no drive that says Book Port. I uninstalled and
reinstalled
the Book Port Transfer program and still see no difference. I should
say
that my friend, Kent Keever, for whom I also purchased a Book Port,
is
having the same trouble. Thank you.
Sandy
