Hi Tyler and list:
I hope never to have to send my bookport in for a hardware upgrade. First of
all, I wouldn't want to be without it. Anyone who has one can understand
that. I wouldn't mind paying a reasonable price for upgraded hareware if it
gave me something that I could usee, perhaps bluetooth connectivity. But
having to pay the additional taxes and customs fees on it's return is a cost
I wouldn't want to pay. Now I know that APH has no control over that, so I'm
not suggesting they should. I'm only pointing out the expense of an upgrade
would end up being higher than APH might offer, even if it were free.
