Hi Jamie, I just don't know. It's a matter of two things: certainly it needs 
some fine tuning. Even Lara Long has acknowledged that. But also there's the 
matter of learning how to use it to get the most out of it. But at the moment, 
I still don't see why Donald R. Gallo didn't turn up in the Advanced Search, 
Relevant Authors combo box when I entered Gallo.
