Jamie, what are you trying to find with your "Gallo" search? An author with the last name of Gallo, or a book with that in the title?

Lara posted a while ago that we should use as many words as we know are in the authors name, title or content. What happens in your Gallo search when you paste the entire author's name or the entire book title into the search? Does it narrow it down enough or does it still give you an elephant-sized set of results when you're looking for a mouse-sized set?

From what I found when I volunteered for testing this a while back, the new search works a lot more like google searches do. So the more info you put into the search box the better it narrows down your search. Which is the opposite of what we used to have to do on Bookshare! smile.

I still get way too many results (over 1500) if I go to advanced search and put Gallo and even "Gallo" in the author box. Advanced search uses the full text search too and doesn't just search by the field you tell it to. That was the first thing I tried last night when I realized full text was going to really screw things up.
