Nothing to do with legendary reliability or otherwise.
FrameMaker hyperlink markers support various link types, e.g.
close this doc before opening target.  The Esc v P or Esc v N
shortcuts will work appropriately with hyperlinks and cross-
references but will not honour unspoken desires (or even spoken
desires, come to think of it).

Unlike some word processors, FM will give you exactly what you
ask it but not necessarily what you want.
