Well Rebecca G,

If you have the FULL Acrobat tool...

(Not just the Reader.)

Save PDF as Word Doc or RTF.

Open in Word.

Table > Select > Table.

Copy (Ctrl+C)

Paste (Ctrl+V) into a blank Excel spreadsheet.

Save the Excel spreadsheet.

You might even be able to copy and paste the table direct
from the PDF to the Excel spreadsheet, cutting out using
Word as your middle man.
