What are you using to read offline? Some notetakers are better than others at reading complex file structures.

Also, how do you transfer the file since you are offline?

Best,
David

Indeed, I would be very happy with a textfile that I could read in braille offline.

Hi Daveed!
I really don't think you'd be happier with a text file. The Audacity manual
is quite extensive and with no links to help you navigate, it would be much
more difficult to find things as it is online. But the online manual is not
that awkward really. Under Heading level 2 Tutorials you'll find a list of
the most common tasks. Click on any of these links and on the new site the
task you selected is heading level 1. Each step within that task is heading
level 2. So it's actually quite accessible. If you prefer, you can also find
a link for getting started under heading level 3 Quick Help on the main
site. There you'll find an introduction to the basics of importing files,
editing and recording.

Cheers! Robbie

Hello:

Much of the information asked for here can be found in the manual. However,
the online manual is quite awkward and even rather difficult to work with. I
am looking for an offline manual. Where can one obtain an accessible manual
in any of the following formats: MS Word, RTF, TXT, Epub or PDF? I would
apreciate some assistance.
Many thanks.

, Daveed Mandell
