I can reproduce your problem by putting an HTML page into the !Applets
directory.
There are no HTML files but there was a URL file (pointing to Chris's
Applets page), and if I remove that running O-Pro no longer opens a NetSurf
window (either the blank one if NetSurf is running or the Applets one if it
isn't).
Still a little odd though. The file is time stamped February 2017, and I'm
sure I've used O-Pro on a number of occasions during the last 15 months, so
why should this effect not have appeared earlier?
