I was previously unaware of this application but thought it might be
of interest, so I have just downloaded the Zip and unzipped it (with
Infozip).
The !Help file says
This program allows you to create graphical text.
You might use draw objects as well. The result is a bitmap.
Full information is to be found in the manual which you
would need to download separately from
www.riscos.de/down.htm .
However that URL redirects to another one, which gives me

The list of downloads at

includes several versions of the application itself but not the
manual.
