I bought !Insignia many years ago. It looked superb but was full of

used it quite a bit. The hubersn Software logo was done partly
with Insignia.
In summary, it cost a fortune, promised much and delivered very little. It cost 40 UKP including VAT. Not cheap, but "a fortune"? And it
delivered exactly what it said on the tin.
Vantage however, in contrast...much promises, a lot of features
that never saw the light of day, and even when Nick himself
demo'd it, he had multiple versions if it because some features
worked only without crashing in one version and others in the
other version. And that one did cost something close to a fortune.
Around 200 UKP IIRC. The only good things about it were the fine
manual and a very good German translation.
I just loaded it up again under Aemulor and guess what? When I tried toIt might be Insignia's fault, Aemulor's fault or your fault (e.g.
change the default font it produced an error message and quit. Very
poor software.
if the binary is damaged, was recovered from a faulty backup, you
chose a broken font, whatever).
Seems a bit unfair to blame it on Insignia.
