There was a printed manual.
If you have an Archive DVD, then there should be a review with some
additional examples on it I produced many years ago.
Looking at the files on my hard drive (not sure what the CD/DVD paths
are) it is in
HTML.EXTRAS.INSIGNIA
If you don't have the CD/DVD I could send you a zip with the review
and examples.
