IIRC this came up on the list before and it was resolved by removing (or
disabling the printing part of) !SpecialFX, at my suggestion.
I suspect it is only the bit that deals with "messing around with
!Printers" that needs to be disabled, but it is on by default.
Either that, or you need updated !Printers, but in my own tests, when
someone sent me a copy of an Ovation Pro document, it worked fine on a
(non-SpecialFX) OS10 machine here (running !PDFmaker, but that's
essentially very similar tech as !PrintPDF). I hadn't updated !Printers.
