[amayausers] Re: thread breaks

Bob,

170 of the thread breaks were concentrated over 5 designs with lots of tiny
detail that ran on heavy jackets badge fabric and caps. It is a new machine
that is still being run in. The needles have to be adjusted etc. I havent
even run all the needles on my machine yet.

What machines do you use and How many heads do you have? What speed do you
run at?

I will put this on ELINE and WAIS Id love to know what answers we get.  I
will then repost those answers to this list

I personally would be very frustrated with only 8814 or 6800 stitches
between thread breaks.

I've never really kept track but I know that we would average well above
200,000 or more stitches between breaks [but we are not using an Amaya].
