thank you everyone so much. The tech is coming back tomorrow, i dont think he
knows what the problem is though. he was there for 3 hours the other day. He
said its something stupid he's missing he checked the presser foot the feed
everything and he still cant find the problem. maybe im doing something wrong
but its only one machine the rest of them work fine.
