Also the needle plate may have a burr. Loosen the plate screws and put the head down to center - adjust the plate so that the needle is in the center and tighten screws. Check your acti feed and adjust higher if necessary. --- On Mon, 5/25/09, theboards@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx <theboards@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: From: theboards@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx <theboards@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [amayausers.com] Re: constant thread breaks To: amayausers@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Date: Monday, May 25, 2009, 5:07 PM This message was posted by Debbie on AmayaUsers.com. I am still getting constant breaks. I rethread and start again. Get about 15 stitches and it breaks again. I have stitched this same design on my other brand machines w/ no problem. I am doing burp diapers and have on 3 for the material type. Is not correct? I couldn't decide what else would be like a diaper w/ ply center. deb =========================================================== The AmayaUsers Mailing List Website: http://www.amayausers.com Discussion Board: http://www.amayausers.com/boards Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://www.amayausers.com/list ===========================================================
