I actually called tech support and dicussed what I have done and tehy told me
what else to try, including:
Pressure foot, bobbin case or Hook timing!
I just hope I can get it going in pressure foot, or ifwe have to order a new
bobbin case it comes quickly OR I will be sitting waiting for the tech! :/
