I use Organ needles all the time, but this metallic-thread needle from Madeira, also a DBXK5, worked beautifully. If there is a metallic-thread version of the Organ needle, I am not familiar with it. It also has a larger eye. You will need to slow down your sewing speed to 1000 or under to stitch with metallic threads. For caps use a sharp needle.
