What we need to be told is this:

Reasons for the changes
What is wrong with the  present set-up?
An assurance that  no customer will end up unable to use
The service  with  their present equipment and software.

hi there it is all to do with cut backs and saving money. and as i said in
my first post where is the access for blind people. thank god for the iphone
and the ability to read newspapers on it.
