Well there is supposed to be some customers testing the System. I hope some tests are done using Braille access. I still feel email is much quicker and easier, for Braille Users. Also will the cd by post also stop! -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of john gallagher Sent: Tuesday, April 01, 2014 6:09 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: the new newspapers site from r n i b hi there excatly how is this better for blind people i ask you and as i keep saying you cannot access the site with braille devices. i cannot find the computer mags on there yet but as the leaflet says it is only in the beginning and things will get better and yes i will miss the email service as well. but again it is all to do with saving money. maybe it will mean a staff reduction at the rnib but yet the top guy will be given #400 a week rise because of the augmentation of it all. we live in a strange world. but some expanation would be nice as derek says. and as jackie says what is the point in having the too sites all very strange i must say. do they call this the right to read. ----- Original Message ----- From: Ari Damoulakis <aridamoulakis@xxxxxxxxx> To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Date: Tuesday, 1 April 2014 4.19 pm Subject: [access-uk] Re: the new newspapers site from r n i b > > > Hi Derick > As far as I understood the message, they're taking our email service > away.
