It's usually the mode the phone is in when you first turn it on - If you've
got Talks it'll say 'key 1 messaging key 2 contacts' depending on the apps
the keys are set to fire up.

How do I find out what firmware I have? Someone said enter #*0000* while in
standby mode, but I don't know how to put my phone in standby mode.
