Hi Emma, Just because you have had your phone for three months, doesn't mean the firmware is up to date, far from it. Phones tend to sit around in shops for quite a long time. I actually have Talks and Zooms, but I'm not sure if that is significant. 'Extended profiles' don't change profile when they are programmed to, and the other programs often won't even open. I've given up trying to use them as my phone tends to freeze so I have to soft reset it. I'm not sure how many others have experienced these sort of difficulties and if it is limited to the N70?
