while I agree with what most of you are saying about the touch it should really be fed back to Canada. I also wonder if they are having the same problems out there.

I see no mention of the orbit either like someone has said maybe it is lost in space. Janet

hi well my last one on this now what ever it is my mate tells me if they have to come out to see the device at his home these are the prices. i just think it is important to put on this list for any blind people who hear a company saying this product is second to none and the first braille android tablet then they have to realise as steve told me from the very first. how can you expect anything to be any good because it runs on very old android version i remember years ago working for a shop crane and sons and wilson peck who were piano dealers. sometimes they would polish an old spring and loop piano up which were stopping being made by 1910 and telling customers they were a decent buy. in fact these things were a heap of true rubbish. surely in the blind orientated world a company has to hold up their hands and say this product has big problems.

tomorrow i will tune some pianos in horseforth could i get away with charging £500 never.

so as i say this will be my last on the touch for now. i would feel too guilty trying to sell my device.

Hi John
I think the fees you quote, are for training.

If the work is for a repair, then  customer  would usually
arrange for the kit to be sent to  humanware.

Regards,  Derek

hi all
i was  disgusted just now to hear of a friend of mine who has a
braille note touch.
suddenly it locked up and they sent someone out to sort it.
again this machine has done the same and now if they come out it's
#300 or #500 for the full day's charge for someone to come out.
surely this is wrong humanware should either get the touch to work on
a much higher version of android or sort something out with it. the
machine is just truly dead if mine goes like that what could i do.
it's very very poor. at least he still has his old apex to manage
with.
