Oh I get the idea now.  A camera device.  Don't know how well a camera
point and tell device could be got to work, but maybe it would pick up
on text that changes on the display to home in on the info you need.
Interesting idea if it could be made to work.

Yes Iain something on those lines that you could take everywhere and
use to
read displays and menu systems that appear on TV screens and radio
etc, even domestic appliances too.  Brill!
