I'm right there along with you on your rant now.  I've accumulated five
years of experience, which isn't bad.  I have no certifications or anything.
Hell, I never even graduated high school, but I know that I can run circles
around almost all people with the papers.  Luckily I can fall back on my
"MVP" title to hide the fact that I don't have any MCS* papers.  Now if I'd
just get off my ass and try to find a new job...  Until then, it doesn't
really matter much.
