Greed LED (LED 2) definitely shows activity when I am able to communicate with the SD2EIC... Red LED (LED 1) turns on first, then starts it's methodical on and off...
sd2iec defines 3 LED functions: DIRTY/ERROR BUSY AUXOn the SD2IEC (the hardware), the AUX is off, and LED1 is BUSY, while LED2 is DIRTY/ERROR.
On the uIEC 2.3 (IDE), AUX is off, LED1 is PWR (red) and LED2 is ERROR/BUSY (green). The DIRTY function is not used. On the uIEC 3.0 (SD), AUX is red (and is also used as PWR), and ERROR/BUSY is GREEN.
The firmware is indeed compiled from the same source code, but there are specific changes for each hardware target (as noted above for LEDs). On the 2.3 uIEC, the single status LED is on PE3, while on uIEC/SD (3.0), PWR is on PG1, and ERROR/BUSY is on PG0The firware for both is the same, on LARs version there are two leds, LED 1 connected to PA0 And LED 2 connected to PA1.... :) where is your one LED connected?
