In addition to the detailed explanations by Richard K., we can add
that the front panel is somewhat independant from the lens mount
itself. Although the fact that the lens panel is not parallel to the
camera body might as well be the sign of a shock that occured some
day, there could be some hope that the lens mount itself is not tilted
as much as the front panel if the problme is does not come from the
focusin cams. If I was the owner of the camera I would have it checked
and re-aligned... but I live not too far from several European
competent Rollei-TLR repair technicians.

On the Rolleiflex (including the Rolleiflex T but not the Rolleicord)
the lens mount panel parallelism can be adjusted by 4 screws. I would
not recommend to attempt doing this without proper skills and
equipment.
On the Rolleicord, parallelism can be adjusted with shims.

So do take pictures with the camera and try to check with a loupe if
one side of the image is sharper than the other. This is not easy to
see, so : if you do not see anything wrong... do not worry too much
about the problem.
