Here's an interesting page about the history of Kodak film numbers:

I did not know that the numbering scheme was largely done after the
fact, starting in 1908, and then only put into price lists in 1913.
(Before then, you would order film by using the camera model.)
It also mentions Advantix, although nothing about Disc...
