A quick spell-check (which probably doesn't count as 1 of 5 checks) revealed only a single issue:

(??) 17tdoi tssf: an allout civil war -> an all-out civil war [ik: as in the tssf of 13tplor-16tlov]

*ne

Moreover, I found

(??) 17tdoi 18: skark oil -> shark oil [ik: since this was already changed from 'Skark' to 'skark' this is probably meant to be spelled this way?]

I'd think that skark is probably what Joe meant to write, since K and H are not adjacent on any UK keyboard. I think it was his shorthand way of reminding the readers (in case they may have forgotten) that they ain't in Kansas any more.

Have to say, only one typo at this stage is really some achievement! I guess a
lot of that is down to the adjustments and improvements Thomas and Jon have made
to the XML system, so hats off to 'em!

And then there's this:

In this book we have a "life-or-death battle" while in 01gstw we had a "life of death decision".

That's a mistake in 'Grey Star the Wizard', then!

Gah!! >_<

Actually, it's not as bad as it sounds:

(er) 01gstw 42: life or death -> life-or-death

Let's hope there aren't loads more typos in the GS books just waiting to come to
light.
