I know what is provided with Ubunto I use it. I am saying it is not part of
the OS just because it is a project included in Gnome doesn't make it part
of the OS. I think Jamal is doing the right thing though he is comparing
what you can do with a screen reader in each not with utilities like
Narrator.

Ken,
Ubunto has ORCA provided by default with no installation of any application.
The free synth software ESpeech is poor quality though.
