Let me get this straight.
You hit insert+r, instructed internet explorer to go to bing.com, verified you
were at bing, closed that browser, hit insert+r, ran
the exact same command again, because you didn't change anything, and instead
of going to bing.com, which it took correctly the
first time just one moment ago, your browser magically ignored the argument
passed to iexplore.exe of bing.com, and took you to
google.com?
Not sure what you're proving other than, wow you really have some malware or
DNS poisoning going on.
