That is a service where you can sign up for it, and they will intercept your email to James (or whoever), and send you and email asking you to click the link. If you do so, supposedly you are not a spammer. True or not, I have been leery of clicking on those. I am concerned that we would be helping someone build a database of email addresses they can sell, but they say that is not the case. However, you can certainly click on that if you want.
