To date, that is not possible.

However, sometimes you'll see a file like so:

picture.jpg                 .exe

notice the extra spaces and the .exe. That's a moron's way of hiding the 
true extension, making you think you have a jpg, and tricking you into 
double-clicking and running the executeable.
