The website states other browsers that can be used and I just tried Netscape 8
also. You may use Firefox, but it is not a must. It appears that you must not
use IE.

This is not really true.
Using Firefox as a browser there is a site called 'windizupdates' located at
www.windowsupdate.62nds.com and it will tell you what you need after you
download their 'checker' just is on Microsoft Update.

I repeat, you must do this through Firefox which can obtained at
www.mozilla.org .

Hope this has been helpful.
Andy
