Bert, go to the video store and rent a copy of Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth." I think you'll find it very enlightening.

I refuse to state here which side of the argument for Anthropogenic GCC (It's now Global Climate Change instead of Global Warming, because the new moniker encompasses all unusual weather outside of the 'norms,' not just average temperature rise) I am on.

However, It would be interesting to watch Bert debate Gore and/or the IPCC on the subject. Sort of like Bert and John W going at it. ;^)

Why bother.

Gore's hoax is falling apart under scrutiny and in the face of reality.

We have been in a period of global cooling since 1998, with a rather dramatic drop in 2007.

Please do not take my word for this. Look at the science and the data.

Consider the work of Don J. Easterbrook, Professor Emeritus geomorphology; glacial geology; Pleistocene geochronology; environmental and engineering geology; Western Washington University.

Then let's talk about the modern day misuse of documentary and cinematic fiction, as a propaganda tool...

Craig

Or we could talk about the role of the media as the purveyor of political propaganda in the current election
