And so the consumers will have a choice. Either put up that antenna to 
get the free over the air signal, call the local cable company, or get 
a dish. Which ever is the least painful to them I suspect they will do.

But at least they'll have a government with a balanced budget! That's 
what the sell-off of the old analog spectrum is all about, right?
