Possibly.  I'm sure that some folks like you are keeping track of such
viewing using (unreliable) diaries.

 

Electronic measurement requires Nielsen to have equipment that interfaces to
your DVR and ATSC tuner.  I believe I heard they had accomplished this in
1999 or so.
