[mso] Re: Outlook will not shut down

You know, those two struck a chord on the Fax issue. I remember now that
one of the first things I do to Outlook is remove that service. It never
worked right in the first place, contributed to my bald spot(s) and is
annoying in general. If it's on a system at all, I become a complete
Luddite and suggest removing the service. You can always add it back.<g>
