[mso] Re: Outlook will not shut down

Nope...no pocket pc, Neil

Normal behavior, eh? Does anyone know why? (Not that I'd probably
understand the answer, but I really would like to be able to tell this
guy something other than "Outlook sucks" LOL)

Hi Linda,

As far as I know, this is 'normal' behaviour for Outlook.

'98 did it.
2000 did it
And 2002 does it - sometimes!

I'm sure Greg's got a good handle on the technical issues - but it sure
can be annoying!

BTW - I presume the user hasn't got a Pocket PC hooked up that that
machine? Activesync DOES hold Outlook open in the background ALL the
time!

Cheers
