Well, yes...he does have a fax program....and, if I remember correctly
it's WinFax.....and he doesn't even use it becuz he has a regular fax
machine and he prefers to use it to copy hard copies....so maybe he will
agree to uninstalling WinFax

Does he have any fax programs installed?
I remember this problem with a user when I was doing support and it
ended up
being his fax program, WinFax. Getting rid of it solved the problem and
then
he installed an updated version and all went ok.
