Thanks Dian....between you and Vic, I'm beginning to think the WinFax
thing might be a winner....I will find out if he wants to keep WinFax
installed since he doesn't even use it.....if so, I will see if I can
find the update....if not, I'll just remove that sucker
Don't see him again til Tuesday.....I'll let you all know if killing or
updating WinFax is indeed the fix!
Thanks everyone
Linda

Linda...found some comments by Outlook MVP Milly Staples. She states...
"Do a live update to increase the WinFax version from 9.02 to 9.03. This
will fix the Outlook TSR issue."
Unfortunately, she also provided this URL, but I just tried it and it's
no longer a correct link?<shrug> Maybe a search around their site will
provide a new linke?
"Then go to the site at Symantec and manually do the update. Site is:
(Make
sure you cut and paste the entire URL into your browser address)
http://www.symantec.com/ns-search/techsupp/files/winfax/winfax9-9598.htm
l?NS-search-set=/39ebb/aaagraOKXebb39a&NS-doc-offset=4&"
Good luck!
