Peter,

Thanks for this. Our secretary contacted our insurers before he even 
contacted the HSE as there was great concern as to how exposed the officers 
and members of the club might be. The answer was that we are all covered.

Those involved wrote and signed statements within an hour of the accident 
occuring. The driver was especially shaken by the whole business, I was 
greatly relieved that I was wandering round the steam fair when the accident 
happened.
