to make it easier to execute vo commands, you can lock and unlock the vo keys,
lock is vo-semicolon, to unlock is semicolon.
command-accent only works in an application where several windows are opened.
for instance, open a finder window froom the desktop and press command-accent
and focus will return to the desktop.

The command-accent (key left of #1 in keyboard number row) does nothing on my
system. I am using Lion. I also have a numeric keypad (wireless external). I
find this tremendously helpful since I don't need to try and execute those VO
multi-key commands that make me wish I had six fingers on one hand.
